I forgot my username or password.

If you forgot your sign in information, please visit "Forgot your username or password?". You will need to provide your name, member ID, date of birth, zip code and e-mail address. You will be asked to change your password in order to sign in securely.

I used to sign in with my member ID and password, but it's not working. Do I have to register again?

Yes. You can no longer sign in with your member ID on MyGreatWest.com. The registration process on the new site requires you to choose a username and password not connected with your member ID. If this is your first time using the new site, you'll need to re-register and sign in with your new username and password.

Do I still need my member ID?

Yes. You will need to provide your member ID during the initial registration process. Your member ID will still be used in conjunction with your health plan, including doctor visits and claims processing, but you will not use it to sign in to MyGreatWest after your initial Web site registration. Please keep your member ID and member ID card in a secure place!
