or medical facility or search for a provider by name.
Examples: I need to find a participating pediatrician within 5 miles of my
home. Or I want to see if my cardiologist, Dr. John Smith, participates in
the network.
If your plan requires you to select a primary care physician (PCP), return to
the
home page and
sign in to add or update your PCP.
Print a Standard or Custom Provider Directory
Download and print a standard PDF booklet of Great-West Healthcare providers in a predetermined geographical area, or
create and print a customized PDF booklet of one or multiple types of Great-West Healthcare providers
in a specific geographical area.
Examples: I need a directory of all participating inpatient hospitals in San
